Vice President Of Sales, Marketing & Customer SuccessCreative Virtual Usa Aug 2012 - Jul 2017I was recruited to be employee 11 at an AI startup and was able to help create hockey stick growth while working to craft and build not just the Creative Virtual USA brand, but the conversational AI market itself. We grew from 11 employees to almost 50 and CV became easily the most fun brand and place to work in AI. I was able to become a minority owner and executive officer after two years. I leveled up skills on several fronts as I helped set the strategy and execute the vision for re-engineering our sales team from scratch, re-designing our US brand, and building out our Customer Success team. During my tenure, I was humbled to be trusted by and learn from brands like Intercontinental Hotels Group, Time Warner Cable, Verizon (Wireless & Residential), ETrade, Autodesk, Comcast, Bank of America, Snapfish, DXC, Cox Cable, Charter, JPMC, the New York Times, and Boeing (to name a few). I was fortunate to have spent these five plus years helping to build a brand and team, while we were at the forefront of the creation of the conversational economy and took big bites out of market competitors featuring Watson winning Jeopardy. I'm proud that we grew revenue over 400% in my time there, and I am even prouder that our clients saw professional and personal success as a result of working with us.
