Dr Frank Schoeneborn is the Global Head of EXAs Operational Transfer Pricing Software program covering functional developments, enhancements and implementation projects of EXA's SAP Add-on "Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP)" automation software. In addition, he does coordinate co-operations and alliances with SAP implementations partners and tax consulting firms worldwide and drives EXA's business development for Operational Transfer Pricing automation in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA environments.Before joining EXA, Dr. Frank Schoeneborn was a Partner with EY in Germany for 5 years and advised clients in Operational Transfer Pricing aspects based on the unique experience he gained from working 17 years in industry. The advisory focus was on organisational interfaces, cross-functional processes and IT Systems and how to implement TP truely far beyond tax guidelines and intercompany contracts. He was Head of the Global Operational Transfer Pricing for the Merck Group for 4 years and worked 2014 and 2015 as General Manager & CFO for a post-merger integration in London, UK. Previously, he was a Head of Divisional Finance having full financial responsibility for a global Division for 6 years. Over the course of his career starting 1998 with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG as Business Unit Controller, following interns with Daimler AG, Fichtel & Sachs AG and VEAG, Frank has gained deep knowledge on financial reporting and forecasting, business analysis & intelligence reporting systems, and transfer pricing implementation. He is author of a number of leading practice articles on Operational Transfer pricing and a frequent speaker at national and international conferences for Corporate Tax and Finance.
