I have spent most of my amusement industry career educating owner/operators, managers, suppliers and arcade game manufacturers on maximizing the potential of their location-based entertainment facilities and allied products.I supervise eight companies that comprise the Alpha-Omega Group. For the past 35 years, I have been a voluminous contributor to more than a dozen trade journals as a feature writer and regular columnist. I have authored more than 1,500 articles and presented at over 300 seminars. I am a founder and faculty member of one the industry's most popular educational programs.The advancement of the amusement industry has been a central theme throughout my career, and I strive to keep industry members informed. To that end, I have expanded my writing endeavors with my own online publications.
