Author of “MMA for Dummies”, he has literally written the book on the sport of cagefighting. A celebrity in his own right, Frank Shamrock is a pioneer in the sport of mixed martial arts (MMA). Popularly known worldwide as the first UFC Middleweight Champion and the first champion to retire with his belt, Shamrock went on to apply his bigger-than-life personality to broadcasting and international color commentary for the sport of MMA. As a premier ambassador of the sport, he co-founded & launched Strikeforce MMA. As the voice of the company and brand spokesman, Strikeforce MMA became the first such company to air on premium cable. In a partnership with the franchise owners of the San Jose Sharks and the Silicon Valley Sports and Entertainment Group, Shamrock applied his unusual skills to continue to radically advance their media presence, quickly achieving brand domination. A visionary of live entertainment, Shamrock is widely credited with launching MMA on network television. What started first in the Bay Area, ultimately swept nationally, until the company was successfully acquired in 2011 by Zuffa, LLC. (owners of the UFC) for $40 million. Over the years, Shamrock has applied similar skills as Brand Ambassador for VAS, Zico Beverages, and the UFC. Prior to joining MedGro, Shamrock was serving as Executive Coach for Google and continues his commitment to Shamrock Way, a non-profit company that serves at-risk communities.

Managed, developed and signed MMA for industry. Was responsible for contract negotiation, physical training and media preparation while overseeing a roster of 20 plus athletes in every promotion in the MMA industry.

A working model for TapouT clothing, accessories and media events, in joint collaboration, we also produced the Frank Shamrock signature line of lifestyle shirts with distribution in over 2,000 retail stores across the US.
