I sell repairing foundations for homes and other buildings, including leveling of pier and slab constructed foundations, raising the same, and moving them to new locations 100 miles from where they are located. We have patented permalock pilings; we press down any depth and guarantee their placement for the life of the building, even if sold or transferred. Recruited to this severely troubled $125 million healthcare organization to establish effective fiscal controls, manage assets, develop accounting processes, and to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Challenged to increase revenue, control costs, and advise senior management on appropriate financial direction in accordance with accepted business and accounting practices.

Brought in to manage budgeting, strategic planning, liquid assets, billing and collection, regulatory compliance, accounting processes, capital construction, feasibility studies, and debt obligation requirements. Challenged to address lack of profits, lagging collections, and inefficient accounting processes. Additional duties included International consulting to Central and South American Healthcare Providers.

Recruited to this key position to manage financial projections, coordinate budgets, accounts, and government cost reports. Challenged to determine the working and implications of Medicare’s new Prospective Payment System and to ensure that the organizational response was correct.
