My Role: Reporting directly to the Valley Health System's Chief Physician Executive, I was accountable for the overall performance of our Clinically Integrated Network, MSSP-ACO and Department of Population Health, consisting of 29 FTEs. I managed our physician-led Board and its sub committees for quality, payment and finance; recruited and engaged physician members throughout the network and region; overseen the IT infrastructure needed to facilitate quality reporting and utilization analytics; supported quality management and performance improvement initiatives; established shared savings contracts with commercial payers; established and managed an MSSP ACO.
