I serve as the Executive Director of Johns Hopkins Clinical Alliance, the clinically integrated network of Johns Hopkins Medicine. With over 3,000 physician and APP members, our CIN manages a robust portfolio of value-based programs with multiple payors and our health plan. I am accountable for both operational performance and strategic alignment with our health system. After transitioning from clinical operations to value-based care 10 years ago, I have built successful CINs in different markets and become a subject matter expert in value-based care strategies and tactics. My 25+ years of previous senior leadership experience in hospital-based operations, service line management and physician alignment models are complimentary to my success in value-based care.I have a proven track record of building high performing teams to achieve top-tier quality scores and superior cost reduction outcomes. What I am most proud of is our nationally recognized physician engagement strategies and tactics. I hold an MBA with a major in health systems management; I am a certificatified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a black belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, and a graduate certificate from the Population Health Academy at Thomas Jefferson University. I also retain my license as a respiratory care practitioner.
