The redesign ensured visibility, alignment and control resulting in the elimination of overproduction and a reduction of finished goods inventory levels by over 30% in only 3 months.Managed operations and the customer relationship for a mid-sized services customer. Through relationship building and strategic problem solving the business revenue increased 5-fold in less than 2 years while only doubling headcount.Served as a subject matter expert for the business development team on services opportunities.
