Fall Course: "Digital Media Production Planning" in the School of Management and Business' Digital Media BBA Program. This Project Management course covered Process Groups and Knowledge Areas. These were explored using examples found in Digital Media Production, such as Video Game Development, Filmmaking, and Video Production. Other course content was focused on Event and Venue Management.

• Software Project Manager (SPM) on Display Systems and Laser Warning Systems development projects, as well as other software development efforts. Directly responsible for software project estimates, planning, scheduling, risk analysis, metrics collection and analysis, cost account management, project reviews, reporting, and project closure. • Software Product Representative (SPUR) for the Display Systems product area and member of the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG). Conducted the review of software estimates across product areas, moderated monthly software project status meetings, and mentored others on organizational software processes and tools. • Spearheaded creation and deployment of secure web-enabled applications. Example features: workflow document routing, automated notifications, and persistent user preferences. Example applications: systems to track contract line items, key performance indicators, inventories, proposals, and action items.

• Troubleshot and resolved system and software issues. Collected specifications from customers. Produced prototypes and deliverable applications in addition to developing customized solutions for special customers. • Worked with teams to design, implement, and test software, migrate databases, and provided technical as well as end-user application training.

• Converted accounting data for use with oil and gas industry software.
