US Steel's Pension Department had records from 14 companies dating from 1906 to present that must be maintained. US Steel’s Pension Department is a $2.3 billion entity. Paper pension records took up 15 floors of the USX Steel Building, Grant Street, Pittsburgh. Job was completed within budget, and three months before deadline. Allowed USX to stay in building headquarters, but smaller space requirements allowed sale of building to UPMC for its medical headquarters. -
