I strive to excel on maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities Oxford Development has entrusted me to oversee. As Operations Director, I am well versed in many areas and have taken pride in maintaining the building with little to no help from outside contractors. On the construction side, I have recommended and implemented capital improvements, acted as project manager, completed many in house projects and renovations, and continued with the upkeep of daily operations. I have a vast knowledge and experience in dealing with tenants and maintaining the leased spaces in both locations. On the management side, I have written and maintained budgets, recommended capital improvement schedules, managed staffs, and overseen approved facility renovations. On the maintenance side, I have assumed the responsibilities of the property landscaping including upkeep and maintenance of the equipment. Oversee the maintenance and repair of the fitness equipment, pool pump room, and HVAC systems of the building.
