Current- Cofounder of growing IT consulting company that delivers custom-tailored computing solutions from small to midsized businesses.- Responsible for the overall leadership of the company including establishing goals and strategic directions, managing sales and business development, responsible for client and project management, managing several full-time and contract employees, and overseeing the day-to-day finances of the company.- Accountable for understanding clients’ business needs, and creating and successfully implementing technologies that allow them to achieve their business goals. Possesses strong analytical skills of business processes and developing custom solutions that increase productivity and lower operating costs.- Expertise in architecting and implementing the following technologies/solutions: Microsoft servers, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Project Server, Dynamics (CRM, GP, NAV, and SL). Proficient with the integration and establishing data exchanges between Microsoft and non-Microsoft solutions.- Responsible for managing the network and computing infrastructures for more than 100 organizations, which include developing and maintaining their technology roadmaps and managing their yearly IT budgets.- Responsible for managing two data centers that host DNS, E-mail, and websites for over 1,000 organizations. By implementing clustering, redundancy and load-balancing solutions, we achieved a 99.99% uptime for the last four years.
