Working on solutions - Benchmarking to high standards - Integrating and empowering - and always on a path to learn more...10 years of work experience in an IVD company and multinational projects gave me a broad overview on the diagnostic market, especially lab automation, and opened my eyes for the bigger picture. I am continuously shaping my product portfolio's life cycle and have led several projects to success. In 2019 I decided that my learning has not yet finished, and I joined the Mannheim & Tongji Business School's EMBA program - which is a great experience to dive deeper into management of our transforming business world. I graduated in October 2021 with my thesis „Strategic perspectives of data-driven marketing in Chinese and German in vitro diagnostic market“ as Best of Class.My intrinsic motivation comes from my curiosity and a flexible-cohering value system. I have a strong desire to collaborate with others and to remain open to different options and viewpoints. These characteristics opened doors and facilitated relationships with professionals all around the world.From my background I am a studied chemist in the fields of biochemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry and biotechnology, who graduated on understanding fundamental bioprocesses of DNA replicating enzymes. After completion of my PhD at the University Konstanz in 2010 I went on a great journey to Chengdu, China. At the Chengdu Institute of Biology, CAS as a postdoctoral fellow of the DAAD research program “Modern Application of Biotechnology" I synthesized modified DNA structures for penetrating cancer cells. Besides scientific research, I made many good friends and began to understand that China is like a continent: huge and divers, but definitely not foreign.Beside deepening my scientific knowledge, I acquired an intermediate Chinese level, which I am still daily improving with great enthusiasm....and I like my #bikes :)
