Experience:• Responsible for the Planning & Control cycle of the entire Coram group (14 companies).• Responsible for the setting up and executing of internal (financial) audits.• Compiling the group’s annual report and statutory annual reports from 2003 till 2005.• Primary contact for the (group) auditor and responsible for gearing the operational activities of the external (group) auditor and tax authorities with the internal activities.• Enlarging the reliability of the (monthly) figures by implementing a consolidation tool (Cognos Consolidator).• Responsible for the selection process of a new group auditor.• Implementing a data warehouse system.• Managing 3 employees directly and 8 local controllers (functional responsibility).• Chairman of the “Controllers Conference”, a conference together with all controllers of Coram, organized 4 times a year.• Presentations to the Supervisory Board and Management Board of Coram (like impact of IFRS at Coram’s balance sheet and P&L).
