Frank, with his wife Susan and their three kids, have been back in Florida to be closer to family. Frank provides executive experience to a start-up product initiative with Spire Group in product development, sales, and marketing. Spire Group brings a Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) platform for the construction engineering industry.Frank was a co-founder of C2Rewards - an incubator initiative delivering a customer incentive engine that leverages prescriptive analytics, machine learning, social management systems in the entertainment and media industries. C2Rewards was successfully sold in September of 2014. Frank managed the advanced analytics practice at EC Wise, where he is focused on delivering next-generation business intelligence and big data solutions in the gaming, financial administration, and healthcare industries.As Senior VP of Product Development at Compudigm International, Frank provided leadership in the areas of product management, product development, and content intelligence. Frank designed and developed the successful and prize-winning Gaming Power and Marketing Power product initiatives.Frank has spent over 10 years doing business intelligence consulting for companies such as Harrah's Entertainment, P&G, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Cross, Nestle Foods, Capital Group, and AC Nielsen. For 5 years, Frank was the Product Director for Sybase IQ, taking IQ from an analytical engine for data marts to one of the major data warehouse engines for Big Data. Frank has significant experience developing strategic partnerships with companies like Microsoft, IBM, Teradata, Oracle and Hewlett Packard, Gartner Group, Forrester Research, and IDC.During Covid Frank also taught middle school math as a give back project and to also learn more about the education field.
