• Responsible for performing and supervising repairs of buildings, equipment and systems including but not limited to HVAC, security systems, fire suppression systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and meeting state guidelines and regulations.• Grounds and sport fields upkeep, including landscaping and snow removal.• Assures equipment is maintained in a safe and working order in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policy and procedures.• Maintain and manage vehicle fleet• Maintain inventories, order appropriate materials and supplies, review all invoices prior to submitting to Business Office, and provide timely and accurate recommendations for annual expenditures within the established budgets.• Evaluating, recommend and oversee the use of contracted and subcontracted services as necessary• Train, supervise and evaluate all maintenance and facility personnel.• Manages labor costs, supplies and other items in the operations budget.• Maintain safe working environment through the prevention of accidents and implementation of safe working practices and adhering to all safety procedures and OSHA compliance.• Insure 24/7 coverage for emergencies
