A holistic approach is required, when working with Business Processes, Masterdata and PLM architecture. Cross company collaboration is a necessity and silo thinking must be broken down. I manage my team with an awareness, of making all departments performance better, due to our teams output. I work hard to ensure expectations between all participants are balanced.My motivation blossoms when tasks have a high level of complexity and when continuous acquisition of complex knowledge is a prerequisite for building the most valuable solution. Above all I am solution orientated and passionate to make the complexity of enterprise business structure, simple to daily users. Building PLM Systems is Change Management and therefore I did a NLP Practitioner in 2013, which I use to motivate my team and colleagues. My background as Development Engineer and Project Manager has given me fundamental knowledge about Business Processes and requirements, hereunder also requirements to the quality of Master data. Analysis of requirements and process-mappings of value chains are highly important issues when building PLM Architecture. Neglecting the importance of this can lead to inefficient structure.
I have performed a number of analysis and process-mappings of business infrastructure which has given me fundamental insight in the value, a PLM System must create. Being a member of the FLSmidth Airtech Advisory Board taught me, to make strategic decisions during my PLM project management.
