Reorganized Delivery Services to ensure a more timely delivery of urgent packages, improved customer service and increased productivity. Directed the build-out and design of multiple mail facilities. Implemented internal electronic tracking of inbound packages and an in-house electronic messenger request system; Migrated all key manual processes to electronic format, including, employee attendance records, package tracking, and customer requests; Implemented WEB pages for Mail, Messenger and Fulfillment, Ground Transportation and Wellness.
