Responsible for administration and the ongoing provision of multimedia services for approximately 900 bankers in the Americas; managed and administered 100MM+ in annual costs; responsibilities included: operational performance, service delivery, vendor selection, contract negotiation, marketing, corporate policy and customer service; responsible for the recruitment, orientation, training, performance evaluation, career development, employee relations and compensation of approximately 50 exempt employees and 900 non-exempt employees.Developed and implemented a Ground Transportation program responsible for 2,000 corporate car rides per day and 600 special events per year. Reorganized Delivery Services to ensure a more timely delivery of urgent packages, improved customer service and increased productivity. Directed the build-out and design of multiple mail facilities. Implemented internal electronic tracking of inbound packages and an in-house electronic messenger request system; Migrated all key manual processes to electronic format, including, employee attendance records, package tracking, and customer requests; Implemented WEB pages for Mail, Messenger and Fulfillment, Ground Transportation and Wellness. Led sourcing efforts for all logistics related services and products including RFP's, vendor selection, contract negotiations, service level agreements and vendor management.Planned and designed a 25,000 Sq.
