AF/A1 Digital Transformation / myEval / Lead Configurator:• Designed and deployed advanced declarative automations via Salesforce Flow, currently utilized by over 100,000 airmen. Key automations include:• Development of Ad-hoc Routing Wizard, an automation for efficient routing, sharing, and assignment of records involved in Ratee's performance evaluation process. This automation also adheres to complex business logic and sharing/ visibility requirements.• Design and development of flows for the creation and managing of Master Eligibility Lists for enlisted airmen.• Design and development of flows essential for the flawless operation of the myEval application. These flows are entrusted with generating and maintaining more than 100,000 performance evaluation records and processing complex business logic.• Led the initiative for the requirement collection, solution conceptualization, client interaction, and execution of Enlisted Force Distribution Database's (EFDD) first version developed in Salesforce. This initiative served as a precursor for the subsequent successful rendition of EFDD.
