The Sr. Manager HR International is – through collaboration – responsible for applying internationalstandardization of HR policy and processes as well as upscaling and redesigning the Royal IHC hubs abroad.

Acts as strategic partner to and reports functionally to the COO of Royal IHC. Reports hierarchy to the HR Director IHC. 9 Direct Reports (HR Managers and –BPs) and responsible for – within boundaries – the direction and execution of corporate HR-policy within Shipbuilding (directly), Mission Equipment, Services, Project Management and SCM (all indirect) of Royal IHC

Customers contact the Telesales department in order to buy products (inbound). Telesales also (pro-)actively contacts customers for offerings and marketing activities (outbound). Furthermore it carries out customer related activities throughout the year in close cooperation with the Commerce department.

Leading a team of (sr.) HR BPs and -employees. Supports MT Operations with both strategical and tactical advice regarding personnel -, strategic management and organizational issues and the translation of corporate HR-policy to the operation. Supports in shaping HR-policy within HR Achmea and the execution of the HR-year plan. Furthermore the HR Manager contributes to the professionalization of the organization as a whole.

The Sr. HR Business Partner advises managers and MT about (the development, shaping and execution of) all HRM issues; from organizational change and organization to qualitative and quantitative personnel occupation of the unit.

De P&O-Manager is als lid van het MT belast met het adviseren en ondersteunen van het lijnmanagement en medewerkers van eenheden (2200 FTEn) alsmede het aansturen van de P&O-adviseurs en medewerkers.

Het Hoofd Planning en Coördinatie is - als lid van het MT -verantwoordelijk voor het verwerven, plannen en coördineren van alle opleidingen (initiële-, functionele opleidingen en cursussen) voor personeel van de Koninklijke Marine.

Het Hoofd Bureau Opleidingen is verantwoordelijk voor het opleidingsbeleid Korps Mariniers en het verwerven, plannen, coördineren en beheren van alle opleidingen (initiële-, functionele opleidingen en cursussen) voor personeel behorende tot het Korps Mariniers (3500 FTEn).

Als P&O-manager is het plaatsvervangend Hoofd Bureau Officieren primair verantwoordelijk voor de loopbaanplanning en begeleiding van jonge officieren (luitenants en kapiteins) der Mariniers.
