• Contracted by TWC to help their Advanced Technology Group rebuild a strategic web services software development capability in-house that had been out-sourced earlier to third-party vendors• Directed the Lean & Agile processes for this newly formed ATG web services team to develop TWC’s first ever iPad and Android applications in this team’s initial year; the TWC iPad application became the cable industry's first-ever public “live” TV streaming app and hit #1 in Apple's Free Apps Entertainment category in its 1st week

• Kick-started the iLevel Structural Frame Software Group’s transition to Lean & Agile processes and practices by presenting monthly “Brown-bags” in my first year, while advocating and directing their initial efforts with the following:- Iterative development/incremental delivery processes- XP practices (pair programming, TDD, CI/CD, collective code ownership)- Arranging and coordinating external training on design patterns and ATDD- Developing and delivering internal training on n-tier architecture and stateless concepts• Introduced pull (kanban) concepts to transform SFGS’s teams from annual deliveries, followed by 3 to 6 months of patching, to delivering 18 features in 3 successful field releases in 16 months• Initiated an “agile” product design strategy to deliver a critical tool on-time, meeting a key business need; first time an entire team received iLevel’s “Technical Associate of the Month” award• Created an architecture team to produce iLevel’s first successful service-oriented structural engineering analysis engine (prior to my employment, two earlier attempts had failed)
