Key resource in setting up a new platform with Oracle components: Weblogic, Service Bus, SOA Suite

Assignment: Oracle Weblogic Administrator, including Oracle SOA Suite.Responsibility:PFA Pension uses Weblogic server for their customer portal and Oracle SOA Suite for the backend service integration. I was responsible for the support of all the Weblogic systems addressing issues in all environments and deployment in development and test environments. Assignment: PFA Deployment frameworkResponsibility:PFA Pension uses Maven, apache-ant and WLST (Jython) as the deployment framework for all their Weblogic applications. My responsibility was to maintain and extend the framework and build a newinstaller for the SOA suite.Achievements:By having an automated deployment system PFA saves hours of manual deployment every day.Assignment: PFA Server consolidationResponsibility:PFA wanted to consolidate 50 Weblogic servers into six server host. My responsibility was as the primary technical consultant for planning the actual migration, making change requestsand coordinating with all the other PFA applications and projects affected by this migration.Achievements: By putting multiple domains on each Weblogic 10.x server there was 3-4 times better performance and a cost saving about DKK 2 mil. a year.Assignment: Certificate administratorResponsibility PFA Pension communicates with external partners and customers by using a techology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). My job was to keep all certificates up to date in the applications.Assignment: Second level application supportResponsibility:My role was to do support and troubleshooting for all kind of systems applications and help inresolving many minor and major incidents.

To fix these problems I often had to diginto the issues at the code level.Assignment: IBM IT CAM toolResponsibility:I installed the IBM CAM diagnostics tool for profiling Weblogic on a server domain.Assignment: IBM WebSphere MQ administrationResponsibility:I was responsible for installation of enterprise MQ messaging software on the SUN Solaris operatingsystem.
