Frank has had a distinguished career in professional services in excess of 30 years. Frank was a co-founder of his own firm and subsequently a Deloitte partner since 2002. He operated in leadership throughout his career. At Deloitte, Frank became a member of the Canadian Executive in 2005 and the Global Executive in 2007, the latter of which he occupied until retirement from the firm. Frank was elected Chief Executive in Canada effective 2012. He was Chair of the Americas Executive Committee. He was also a member of the Deloitte Board of Directors in Canada and globally. He previously led both the global and Canadian Financial Advisory practices. Frank was also executive sponsor for the development of several practice areas, emerging solutions and ecosystem/alliance relationships and a core advisor to CSuite and Board teams. Subsequent to Deloitte, Frank co-founded SummitNorth, a capital and advisory firm primarily supporting companies that are scaling up/transforming and typically involved emerging areas and solutions. Frank is also an active director. Frank has been recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, reflecting the positive influence he has had on thousands of students, chartered business valuators, chartered accountants, consultants and national and international business leaders.He is a long-standing champion for inclusion and diversity and has developed and led initiatives worldwide, including his current role as Chair of the Canadian firm’s Inclusion Council and as co-founder of the Canadian Women’s Initiative. He has been recognized by the United Nations for his demonstrated commitment to the advancement and empowerment of women in the workplace, marketplace and community. His leadership goes beyond his professional career. He has been an active member of various boards, including for Royal Bank of Canada, Hospital for Sick Children, Rideau Hall Foundation, member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Schulich School of Business, Global Advisory Board for Delos Living, Advisory Board for Canada’s Outstanding CEO of the Year, and co-Chair of the David Cornfield Melanoma Fund. He was previously Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Canadian Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship and Trustee for the International Valuations Standards Council as well as a member of the Catalyst Canada Advisory Board and the Business Council of Canada. He has also been an accomplished lecturer for universities and professional associations.
