I have developed and lead a series of strategic and tactical multi-functional teams both in the US and Mexico. Transitioning part of manufacturing to a Mexican facility, I spearheaded the improvement of managerial and financial reporting and control of operations with over $250 Million dollars in annual net revenue. I have also consulted in the venture capital community providing pre-investment due diligence and post-investment technical support to four portfolio companies. I also led efforts to fund and build an apparel manufacturing facility for a large, publicly-traded client. Prior to my consulting career I led a manufacturing facility with an operational budget of over $37 Million and a workforce of 1,200 employees. Throughout my career I have keyed in on building sustainable, high functioning teams, and developing managerial dashboards that translate operational indicators into their financial impact.
