Furthermore, he assisted Accenture's clients in formulating technology strategies, centers of excellence, and roadmaps based on templates and offerings developed over several engagements. In addition to delivery, Frank has worked with global wireless carriers to improve their management and regulation of products and services - partnering with general counsel and regulatory agencies.
