* Built and customized website Resource Management Mapping Service (RMMS) with ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, ArcGIS, and ArcSDE, which provides public users with interactive GIS access to natural resource, demographic, and political data layers for the state of Illinois.* Advise successors on maintenance of the RMMS website

* Led the construction of Global Expense System using C# and SQL Server for TestRite conglomerate, which is now used by over 1,000 workers in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. Decreased reimbursement processing time by 66.67%.* Assisted in developing Qualification Management Information System of The Examination Department of Taiwan using C# and SQL Server, which provides personnel management functions for over one million employees in public institutions of Taiwan.
