About Frank Willson, Cep

I have been fortunate to learn from some of the best marketers and leaders in the businesses I've worked in. I have made these skills applicable to my daily life. I love leadership. Leadership from those above me, leadership from those that I lead, and leadership in my community. I set out to define my "brand" many years ago and have focused on the two core principals of Honesty and Integrity. I can be a smarter marketer, I can be a better leader, but without these two principles driving everything I do, I can never truly be successful. I'm focused on marketing in the 21st century with data driven decisions based on smart targets and areas for growth. Yesterday's ideas bore me. And if you or your company doesn't realize that the consumer is in control, I wish you well because you will have a tough road ahead. I am actively following the amazing research for a cure to type 1 diabetes nationally by JDRF and locally by Nationwide Children's Hospital and others.

I oversee all non-news programming including the selection of sports programming (i.e. NFL Football) and negotiate long-term programming contracts for syndicated programming. I lead a team of talented managers in their respective departments and am responsible for all Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Branding and Imaging of WBNS-10TV. I work closely with the President and General Manager, as well as the other department heads, to keep WBNS-10TV the number 1 television station in Central Ohio and one of the top CBS affiliates in the country.I also work closely with the other properties of the Dispatch Media Group to grow their businesses and promote our community.
