Therefore, we can offer lower prices than our competition with extremely high caliber staff at our beautiful and secure, PCI-compliant facilities. • Higher Quality of Staff - We have the pick of the litter because we pay more than the competition in Leyte and we offer the best benefits in the Philippines. This results in insanely good agent quality and very low attrition. • No Deal Too Small - Many larger BPO providers require a minimum number of 25 FTE or more doing homogenous work to get their attention. However, no deal is too small for Global Virtual Staffing. If you want to start small with a heterogenous group of functions, no problem. We embrace the “staff augmentation” model and can find strong talent for our clients to remotely manage in just about any type of role.
