CurrentFrank Zarb is a Partner in the Corporate Department, resident in the Washington, DC office where he concentrates his practice on regulatory matters under the federal securities laws, as well as on U.S. and cross-border corporate transactions. He counsels public and private companies, as well as broker-dealers and other financial intermediaries, on a wide range of regulatory compliance matters, including public disclosure and preparation of periodic reports; the federal and state proxy requirements, shareholder proposals and other shareholder communications; stock exchange listing standards; and new laws and regulations under the Dodd-Frank legislation. In his transactional practice, Frank advises on a variety of corporate transactions, including U.S. and cross-border equity and debt finance transactions, as well as business combination transactions.
