I have more than thirty-five years of experience working directly with professional firms, family enterprises, owners of closely held companies and non-profit institutions. Currently, I am a Senior Consultant, Founding Member in the firm Relative Solutions, LLC.I have had a rich and diverse career. I began my career as a marriage and family therapist and an adjunct professor teaching family dynamics and crisis counseling. My experience with clients and psychological techniques led me to co-author "Live Inside Out - Not Upside Down" with Sherry Melchiorre, which encourages individuals to Consciously Connect™ to their inner strength and wisdom by learning to live authentically from the inside out. I am the co-author, along with Fredda Herz Brown, of The Family Wealth Sustainability Toolkit, a recent release from Wiley Finance that bridges generations, and facilitates family wealth sustainability through an applied-learning approach: integrated with application.Then in the early 90’s, I began working in the business world assisting organizations to professionalize their management and leadership. Continuing with that interest, I co-produced two leadership conferences for women in southern California.As life is developmental, so would my career.
