The COM Programme is focused on the business transformation, especially in the Supply Chain structure, with the goal of professionalizing the way Unilever countries are managing their freezer fleet, impacting the countries distribution network and delivering CAPEX savings.As Global Project Manager, I am responsible for:- The deployment, from a business point of view, of several global projects within the area of freezer management across the different countries and markets- Ensure that all Unilever countries and stakeholders are engaged into the projects and implementing properly the different policies and principles around the freezer management- Lead the developments and integration between the systems to manage freezers and other global Unilever applications such as Sales Reporting or salesforce mobility tools- Capture and handle different business requirements from all Unilever countries and lead the technical implementation (Microsoft CRM)- Develop a Telemetry project for smart cabinets which are able to interact with the consumers at the point of sale, and report back status information to a central database in order to define behavioural patterns through “Big Data” analysis

Reporting to the Unilever Spain Director and member of the Unilever Spain leadership team. Managing three main areas:➢ Freezer Operation Management- Responsible for the entire Cabinet Fleet (freezers) management (CAPEX, R&M, fleet allocation, inventory and scrapping processes), managing an annual budget of 9M euros- Leading and landing several global projects in Spain, especially linked to the fleet inventory, from an IT, operational and business processes point of view.➢ Information System- Defining and managing several local IT developments to fully support business processes and route to market requirements- Leader and designer of portalFrigo, which is a complete Business Intelligence suite that gathers data from their generation within the distributor network, the subsequent quality verification and its final treatment and reporting, allowing the right stakeholder to exploit the right data for them.
