I’m Fran Montes, and I’m a video editor, broadcast and motion designer based in Barcelona. I’ve always been interested in new ways of communicating any message, and I’m enthusiastic about new media. This led me to study film production, and later on to gain good experience in both video editing and motion design, creating video content for social media and TV, as well as explainer videos for different clients.In terms of my work, I enjoy working and playing with shapes, typography and characters in ways that catch the viewer’s eye. Every element on the screen deserves to be animated in a natural way, and that’s why I like to take good care with speed, timing and acceleration. Composition rules change when you add motion into the equation.
