Merged with Sun Healthcare in April 2007. Consolidated financial operations from five regional hubs to Boston-based headquarters. Created a multi-department financial group (cash management, reporting, general accounting and payroll), hiring and training a team of over twenty-five while overseeing the deployment of Oracle PeopleSoft (ERP) software. Managed financial operations through two periods of rapid growth; sale to private equity buyer in 1999; and merger with Sun Healthcare in 2007 all while retaining staff and creating an extremely efficient business model.
