Project lead on the creation of training materials for multiple company-wide new Hewitt HR system implementations and a new ATS. Initiated and led the timeline and process of converting multiple paper forms to online forms for company wide use. Administered all federal requirements for health coverage changes. Single HR point of contact for 120 – 140 employees and managed 7- 10 direct reports. Ensured store was staffed to meet demand and minimized hourly turnover by improving interview guidelines/procedures, retention initiatives and employee recognition programs. Maintained pay-for-performance process, benefits administration, worker’s compensation paperwork, DFW requirements and background checks, and corrective actions; facilitated new hire orientation and various store training initiatives as needed.
