I am a medical doctor with long experience in QHSE. I graduated at the Medical Faculty of University of Rijeka (Croatia) in 1983, and at the Medical Faculty of The State University in Milan (Italy) in 2006. Concluded the Master in Emergency medicine at the Medical Faculty of The University of Zagreb ( Croatia),and Master in e-Health the Faculty of Pharmacy of Camerino University (Italy) in 2008.I started my professional carrier as GP and emergency medicine in Croatia I joined Oil and Gas industry through ENI-Saipem for the first time in 1990. I Worked, both off and on shore as Project doctor, and as Health Coordinator.Since 1999, I am covering the position of the Overseas Health Manager at the Company’s headquarters. In 2008 was appointed also as the QHSE Managers of Saipem’s subsidiary in Croatia.I was also the contracted professor at the First Level Master in Oil and Gas Telemedicine and Telepharmacy (MIOGATE) at Camerino Univeristy .Occasionally I give lectures at the master in O&G HSE at the Alma Mater Studiorm University in Bologna (Ita;y)In 2011 I was awarded the British Safety Council (BSC) certificate in Health Safety and Environment for Offshore Project Managers.Up to now published and presented more than 50 papers in scientific journals, congresses and conferences (national and International) Apart Croatian as mother tongue I fluently use Italian, English, Spanish. I am Member of Croatian Board of Medical Doctors, Croatian Medical Council,, ex-Chairmen of OGP/IPIECA Health committee, member of SPE HSSE- SR Advisory Committee. I want to experience new challenges, share my knowledge and interest in Health management , experience different organizational and operational realities from the operators point of view and finally contribute to the continuous improvement of efficient management and growth.I am kind of person that likes to have a long term programs at the end of which long lasting results will be reached and seen.
