Technologies includes C, C++, Go, Python on Unix-like operating systems.Among other things, this is what's been done:• Ad hoc LoRa gateway based on RN2903 transceiver and Toradex Colibri iMX6 SoM based board. Services were written entirely in Python running on Linux.• MQTT client service daemon written in Python. It subscribes to an MQTT broker and waits for messages sent over the cellular network by remote devices. Once received, the content of each message is stored in its corresponding Modbus table, and the data sits there waiting to be retrieved by a Modbus Master device.• A RESTful Web Service for a LoRa gateway configuration management. It was written in Python + Flask.• An embedded, low-cost Fuel Pump Controller written entirely in C language; a set of independent tasks being managed by FreeRTOS, and running on a Kinetis K64 microcontroller.

Responsible for soft real-time embedded software, hardware/software co-design, and hardware/software integration. Development was in C, C++, and assembly; Technologies included: ARM Cortex-M3 processors (NXP LPC176x family), CAN & SPI bus, custom driver for UART interfaces, TCP/IP (BSD sockets, lwIP stack), GNU toolset, LPCXpresso integrated development environment, CooCox CoOS real time operating system; hardware contribution was using OrCAD tools for Schematic and PCB design. Contributed to the start-up company’s software development infrastructure using JIRA software suite as a tool for Agile development (bug/issue tracking, planning, release); SVN for revision control. Main focused on the analysis, design, coding and testing of products specially developed to satisfy the demand of oil and retail business, such as gas station automation and payment networks. Experienced implementing gas pumps and payment terminals communication protocols of brands such as Wayne, Gilbarco, Pump Control, Gasboy, PetroNet (OPW). Co-design and coding of automated controllers for CAT and Infoscreen Monochrome CRIND payment terminals.Accomplishments:• Hasar SMH/PT-250FPA printer driver.• OPW Dispenser Terminal Control (DTC). This system allows CRIND or CAT terminals to be used with an OPW FSC3000 controller. The board is based on LPC176x ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller.• Low-end Fuel Pump Controller. It allows Gilbarco pumps to be controlled by high-end application software that implements PAM1000 communication protocol. The system is based on LPC176x ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller.• Payment software applications for terminals Verifone Vx510, Vx570, Vx680 on Verifone Verix/eVo Development Suite.
