Responsible for constucton, tendering and development of connection equipment for transformer stations.Using catia for 3d modelling all types of clamps as well as autocad to prepare technical drawings for tendering documentation

Some of the professional areas that are under my responsibility:- Impact of various characteristics of fuels and lubricants to the performance of engine.- Methods of producing fuels according to the specifications which are environmentally friendly.- Testing and finding appropriate ways of engine operation for different working conditions.- Optimizing driving parameters of vehicles in real-time - Transport optimization methods and software.

Responsible for:- making a detailed analysis of whole refining and marketing performance- detecting process weaknesses or bottlenecks in the reporting period- introduction of new analytical tools for solving found technological or procedural problems- proposing steps to improve profitability and planning accuracy- analysis of external environment and conditions for the corporate business- calculating single refinery as well as whole downstream margin- performance monitoring and production evaluation step by step with special attention to the details- making a profit and loss statement in order to obtain EBIT, EBITDA & finally net income

- preparation of supply - demand analysis for the region- setting up and analyzing different strategic scenarios for future growth of the company- development and presentation of different ways to modernize the refineries- proposing potentially the best way of refineries modernization- presentation of various ways to improve profitability of the Refining & Marketing division- calculation of main financial indicators (NPV, IRR...) performed through "what if" cases- long-term planning of capital investments through strategy and influence of CAPEX investments to the future financial result

- responsible for implementation of Supply Chain Management philosophy in Refining & Marketing division- identification and collection informations about external enviroment, important events, market quantities, prices and mechanical availability of units, in order to make annual-businessand monthly-rolling plans.- in charge for transition from use of KBC (custom made) LP model to industry standard ASPEN Tech. PIMS. and MPIMS models.- optimization (using LP model) of numerous planning cases in order to select a few, certainly feasible, with maximum variable margin.- decision-making, which case should become official plan proposal, comparing and consideration of the largest margin, all the current constraints, opportunities and external conditions.- explaining reasons, doubts and risks noticed during planning and optimization process, to the company management.- calculating sensitivity analysis cases if necessary.- required discussion between representatives of all departments in the Refining & Marketing about all the things that could become an obstacle to carrying out the proposed plan.- preparation, from monthly to daily, schedule out of official plan case.- constantly performing and analyzing "what if" analysis until an optimal solution for unexpected situation is found with the purpose of supporting management in making quick decisions.- leading and directing team for planning and optimization when making plans.

- working side by side with experienced consultants from "KBC Advanced Technologies", setting up, implementing and fine tuning the first "customized" LP model for INA Refining and Marketing.- making "custom" applications for use anywhere in supply chain process control where greater speed and accuracy can be achieved, usually for scheduling purpose (using some MS Office application with additional Visual Basic macros - Crude oil scheduling; 90 days in advance).- responsible for covering and explaining chapter "Downstream Economics" on monthly Executive meetings, where rolling plans for Refining and Marketing are prepared by representatives from all division departments.

- I was involved in the process of customers consulting and recommendation of lubricants for all kinds of iIndustrial machinery.- visiting factories, study the machinery characteristics and according to operating parameters recommending appropriate INA-lubricants (providing new customers for lubricants sale).- tracking how changes in fuels specifications affect internal combustion engines.- responsible for development and implementation of the databases for quickly finding the right replacement lubricants from various manufacturers, in order to provide our customers faster and more complete service.
