Directed site selection for various large scale development projects in the retail, hospitality and industrial sector. Evaluated economic feasibility and designed initial proposal and planning.• Oversaw the development of proposals for 10 different projects; obtained final approval and construction development agreements for 5 of them totaling over 2.000.000 sq. ft. and $150 million in value.• Promoted the implementation of BIM technology for the organization’s design and construction process that resulted in a savings of +5000 labor hours a year. • Evaluated Real Estate investment proposals to recommend the course of action for investors by conducting market analyses, income property analysis forecasts, rent vs. sale scenarios, and FX currency hedging scenarios for new projects.

Lead a team of architects, engineers, planners and other professionals in the development of retail projects.• Completed the development of 4 different retail projects including the 2nd largest mall in Latin America with over 1.500.000 sf. ft. of retail and +5.000 parking spaces and +100 million US$ budget.• Participated in weekly meeting with owners, investors, advisors, and other participants such as loan officers, bankers, lawyers, tax advisors, city officials, among others to monitor progress on the projects and recommend/approve changes that were required for the completion of the project. Implemented the process for managing construction change orders, RFI process and Submittal process for these projects that helped record over a +1000 changes that would have not been properly recorded otherwise.
