Responsabilities and functions:• Control and monitoring of the service, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.• Management of hybrid teams with the collaboration of high-performance centers (near-shore and off-shore).• Define timelines, KPIs, deliverables and milestones for each project, ensuring all relevant parties are aware of their involvements in each stage of the process.• Apply best practices and standardised procedures within the IT Projects Departments, focused in Agile Metholodogies.• Identifiy areas for improvement within the company IT systems, focusing on ensuring full System utilisation and efficiency.• Manage services with a focus on reducing delivery time and saving execution costs.• Identify and allocate project resources including working collaboratively with other PM to assing internal resources.
