A stand-alone role Since it was founded in 2003, Fundamental Media has grown substantially becoming a leading specialist in media consultancy and advisory services. With a global reach from the UK and Europe, Asia and Australia to the Americas, Fundamental Media works exclusively across the financial industry providing media intelligence, planning and buying.A generalist HR role supporting over 140+ employees worldwide in London, Boston, Sydney and Hong Kong. Covid-19 – I lead the HR team through the current Covid-19 crisis.Employee relations – I manage a large and complex ER caseload. Working closely with the CEO and CFO, I successfully navigate FM through these difficult issues. New projects & achievements - I have singlehandedly implemented and am responsible for a number of new projects:1. New HR Information System (HRIS PeopleHR) 2. Kickstart Scheme programme in the London office – helping young people who have been out of work due to the pandemic get a 'kickstart' into employment.3. A stand-alone role• Payroll – Successfully managed multiple payrolls in France, Switzerland, Austria and London through SAGE HR.• Recruitment – Successfully recruited all roles for Powder White, which includes sales, IT, marketing and overseas teams. Each year I recruit over 100 roles in intensive periods and work alongside the CEO and Operations Director on recruitment strategies and succession planning. I've introduced new ways to recruit through LinkedIn Recruiter and headhunt passive candidates for roles which can be challenging to fill. I am passionate about offering an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring candidates are the right “culture fit” for a business. I am skilled in interviewing, selection via applicant tracking systems, appointment of roles and salary negotiation. I am the ’go-to’ person for grievances and disciplinary coaching. • Learning and Development – Introduced L&D loyalty schemes across the business at head office level which had a direct impact on the length of service and cut recruitment expenditure. I lead overseas training of over 100 employees’ in France and Austria. I am experienced in presenting and organising all operations and logistics. • Staff welfare & Benefits -Overhauled welfare and benefits at PW where I introduced modern and forward-thinking initiatives including medical benefits, cycle to work schemes, Christmas parties and welfare initiatives. • Employee records – I lead on all on-boarding and off-boarding duties as well as inductions, probation periods, appraisals, holiday/sick day tracking, resignations and exit interviews.

I started as the HR Intern and progressed after 3 months to the HR Assistant role.
