Co-founded yourway2travel.com with Sofie Planckaert to offer tailored travel planning services. I was in charge of Software and Business Development, SEO and Marketing. After Covid in 2019, we were forced to halt the company and when world travel was resumed it started being operated exclusively by Sofie.

I founded Remarkable it was focused on frontend UI development. I had a good portfolio of clients and I hired developers on a per-job basis. It was merged with Mobile Jazz eventually to found the Web Development section of the agency and upon leaving Mobile Jazz I resumen my consulting work but this time more focused in system design and full-stack development of web and mobile applications.Some of our more complex projects included:- A full end-to-end system to monitor retail employee visits deployed to the cloud. This included a back end in NestJs using Prisma as ORM, an Angular web admin UI and a hybrid mobile application built with Ionic with GPS and photo uploading capabilities.- A web based application to manage the portfolio of a big real estate agency offering villa rentals in Ibiza. This included a system to manage their portfolio, user access, villa availability and lead generation.

As Manager I was responsible for the overall results of a 10+ people team working for small and big names, startups and Fortune 500 companies, always with excellent results. Some of my daily tasks involve facilitating the growth and development of my team, meeting with clients and manage our resources to fit in our weekly workflows as well as monitoring the status of every project of the Web Department.As a partner, I also took part of key strategic decisions that have helped the company grow rapidly and steadily from a very small service-oriented dev shop into a multimillion dollar company that has served tenths of companies on a weekly basis and has even launched its own products successfully.On a smaller scale, some of my responsibilities include developing front and back-end solutions for different projects and also sometimes work as project manager.
