We took over EIVA in a succession change from the founder in 2008. Since then we have worked as active owners to support the management team in further developing and strengthening EIVA's strategic platform. The "Blue Planet" activities intensifies caused by need for transport systems like harbours, bridges and tunnels and extensive hunt for energy sources like wind, oil and gas, minerals and raw materials. EIVA offers maritime and ocean physical and environmental digitized survey systems and product solutions for oil & gas exploration/production and within all kinds of sustainable maritime construction operations.

We took over Intramedic in a succession change in 2006 from the founders. Since then we have supported the management team in further developing Intramedic's position as the leading Danish and Swedish company within cardio-pulmonary instruments, consumables, services and IT-integration.

The Lamiflex Group is a world leading supplier of transport packaging solutions mainly in the steel, aluminum and cable industries. The products include materials, machines, services and process improvements with methods and tools to develop and implement the optimal packaging solution and processes for packing.We took over Lamiflex from the former management team in a succession change in 2006 and have since then as active owners been supporting the new management team in further developing the company to become more international and to strengthen the strategic platform by becoming more focused on customer needs and product development.

It creates value and peace of mind through long-term investments and philanthropic donations to benefit the public good.TryghedsGruppen is one of Denmark’s largest member-based companies, with more than one million members and a very active democracy among the membership. Policyholders with Tryg or Nordea Liv & Pension automatically become members. Members can take part in electing regional representatives for TryghedsGruppen Committee of Representatives and they can also stand for candidates themselves. Elections are held once a year and rotate between the five Danish regions. The 70 members of the Committee of Representatives have influence on donations by TrygFonden and on TryghedsGruppen’s articles of association, strategies, investments and the composition of the Board of Directors.I was elected as member of the Committee of Representatives in 2010 and as Member of the Board of Directors in 2013.
