After High School I followed as Midshipman (1961 - 1963) the training to Electrotechnical Naval Officer at the Naval College in Den Helder, the Netherlands. Several functions on board Naval Ships followed.As Electrotechnical Naval Officer I graduated in 1972 at TU-Delft. During 6 years university teacher at Naval College in Den Helder for Mathematics, Physics, High frequency technology and Radar.Several functions alternately on board Naval Ships and Ministry of Defence in the Material Department for acquisition and System Automation.From 1991 until 1996 as Material Attaché at the Royal Netherlands Embassy in London.After retirement (1996) during 9 years Project Controller at the International Research Center for Telecommunications and Radar at the TU Delft.
