Project: TA 2020 (Turn Around 2020). Hired by Isotherm scaffolding & insulation Suriname as Project Leader scaffolding during the preparation and implementation of the Turn Around 2020, at the Tout Lui Faut Refinery, of the Suriname state oil company located 20km south of Paramaribo. It is the first shut down of the 4 years old refinery. Reporting daily to the Branch Manager.

Project: NLP3 Project. Hired by John Brown Voest as scaffold coordinator and inspector for daily supervision and participating in daily safety meetings with all involved disciplines. Wrote guidelines regarding pipe rack scaffolding constructions. Trained scaffolders how to built scaffold constructions according 3D photos and drawings. Daily to the Construction and Safety Manager.

Project: MDBU (MDI Brunsbüttel Umbau). Hired by Kiel =Mechanical Main Contractor= and active in the project team as scaffold inspector and coordinator for the Logistics. (Pipe racks and tank farms)Participating in daily supervision and safety meetings and consultancy with other involved disciplines. Mainly, piping, preservation (coating), insulation and commissioning.Responsible for defining, distribution and administration of orders towards the scaffold contractor .Reported daily to the Department Manager.

Project: TAR 2018 (Turn Around 2018). Hired by Revisions Management and active in the project team as scaffold inspector and coordinator. Participating in daily supervision and safety meetings and consultancy with other involved disciplines. Mainly piping, preservation (coating), insulation and commissioning.Responsible for defining, distribution and administration of orders towards the scaffold contractor and internal organization. Reported to the Department Manager.

Project: EPC2, Engineering, Procurement, Construction 2. A combination of Revamp, Grassroots & Shut Down activities related to the project.Hired by Amec Foster Wheeler and active as a member of the Construction department in the role of scaffold coordinator / inspector and quantity surveyor. Since January 2017 till May 2018 responsible for all scaffold activities during the night shift. Participating in daily supervision and safety meetings and consultancy with other involved disciplines.2 Certificates available.

Project: RAHC, Rotterdam Advanced Hydro Cracker.A combination of Revamp & Grassroots activities.Was hired by Fluor and active as a member of the Construction department in the role of scaffold coordinator / inspector / estimator, calculator and quantity surveyor.Estimated the total volume of scaffolding for the whole project.Responsible for directing all disciplines regarding the execution of scaffolding activities and regarding the grassroots activities.Responsible for the assignment and administration of orders towards the scaffold sub-contractor.Organized and participated in meetings with multi-disciplinary teams and the client (quantity surveying). Introduced a new method for ordering scaffolds and designed a new kind of scafftags which are now in use throughout the plant.Certificate available.

Project: Optara.Was hired by Technicas Reuinas and active in the project team as scaffold inspector and quantity surveyor. Reported daily to the Construction and HSE Manager.

Project: Turn Around and NCP (Nynas Conversion Project).Hired by Shell and active within the construction supervision department as:scaffold coordinator / inspector / quantity surveyor.Was responsible for directing the scaffold contractor regarding the execution of all scaffolding activities, for instance at columns, pipe racks, ovens and heat exchangers.Participated in daily supervision and safety meetings and consultancy with other involved disciplines.Was responsible for the scaffold contractor – Shell administration. Has solved observed shortcomings by improving the scaffold constructions physically and introducing some new administrative procedures. Has demonstrated his added value towards the organization.Reported to the Construction Manager.Certificate available.

Hired by Stork Subcontracting department, as Scaffold coordinator, inspector and calculator towards erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding. Responsible for directing all disciplines regarding the execution of scaffolding activities, approximatety 140.000m3 in volume.Responsible for the definition, distribution and administration of orders towards sub-contractors,including, organizing and participation in meetings with multidisciplinary teams and the client (Quantity Surveying)External inspection revealed that the scaffolds were very good constructed at the location Langelo (inspection report available upon request).

Member of the Fabricom GDF Suez team as; scaffold inspector / coordinator / calculator.Responsible for all scaffolding activities for the erection of main and sub cable trays including pulling.Also the scaffolding for all Ajax fire protection systems; in the UHA-boiler house (105 m. high), the UMA-Machine house (turbine floor) and the Utility plant (chimney 135 m. high).Responsible for the scaffold adminstration, orders / requests, and the overall control of activities performed by 3 scaffold contractors involved with the installation work for Fabricom and Ajax.Participates in daily and weekly meetings with Hitachi as main contractor and Tractabel / Electrabel as client, next to other sub - contractors for piping, constructions, insulation, scaffolding etc.Verifies that all hanging and not common scaffolding are build according static calculations and drawings.

Hired by Lyondellbasell as scaffold inspector / coordinator and calculator as an insulation inspector for a shut down project of the BDO plant.Was responsible for the scaffold administration and the supervision that all disciplines got their scaffolds installed and dismantled on time. Had to work with very tied safety rules and potential hazard areas (H2S gas). The good relationship between Lyondells production personnel, inspection teams and the contractors resulted in extremely increased performance compared with the original planned scope of work.

Erection of multi use of scaffolds and tent constructions for environmental protection of piping during blasting and painting activities and final attachment of cold insulation on equipment and piping. Work that had to be done with care in combination with stringent precautionary measures.

Performing scaffold calculations and acquisition towards new projects and customer relations.
