Working as a Sr. Project manager, responsible for the whole cycle from intake to invoicing and support for my own portfolio of customers and projects. We develop, maintain and support software. I like the challenge to capture and understand your knowledge to design and implement systems that are future proof. I do not work for clients but work with my clients. This increases trust, the speed of acting together and leads to higher efficiency. I worked for a lot of small, medium companies as well as big (international) enterprises like Unilever, Mars (Masterfoods), BBC, KPN and Fortis. I’ve had a great time on a big diversity of projects as a developer, designer, team lead and Sr. Project Manager. Shortlist of projects:- Functional Architect / Team lead design of a government application with 1500 concurrent users, build by a 75-headed project team.- Designing, implementing and supporting several applications such as: time registration and BI reporting, real time statisics tool, questionnaire system, toxicological and sustainable assessment and calculation tools, external research contract management tools, mobility portal, lots and lost of interfaces, lately busy with hybrid and native iOS/Android apps.In my spare time I like to play my trombone or like to play around with microcontroller kits.
