Monitoring and co-driving the progress of performance objectives, strategic initiatives and other value improvement initiatives for the businessunit of PP & E4Ps. This includes development of business cases, economic models and financial analysis for both long and short term projects.

Interim position leading the global finance business partner team.

Global team within the Planning & Performance Improvement group of PetChem. Principle aim to act as co-pilot and valued partner for business leaders in all decisions with EBITDA/Cashflow impact. Supporting such decisions based on economic evaluations.

Within the Manufacturing Support Europe, corporate manufacturing:- Development & follow-up of site tactical plans based on corporate manufacturing strategy.- Portfolio management of business improvement projects for 11 PE & PP assets in Geleen (NL) and Gelsenkirchen (GE), including business case development, CAPEX and FTE-availability.- Support Run & Maintain CAPEX budgeting by aligning & challenging priorities of proposed projects (incl. CAPEX for business improvement, reliability and EHSS-projects).- Leading cost-out initiatives across Europe within Corporate Manufacturing - in close collaboration with the non manufacturing stakeholders.

- Leader for the design, construction and validation of a continuous operated miniplant.- Leader of the global plant support project handling technical service requests.- Principle interface with university collaboration.- Secure intellectual property (multiple patent applications).
