As ESG Vice President, I lead the implementation of the AC Capitales’s Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for the Infrastructure investments, aligned with its investment process. This include the monitoring and disclosure of the AC Capitales investment portfolio's E&S performance. In my rol, I develop and implement strategies, policies, procedures and tools to ensure responsible investments at AC Capitales.

Franshesca has worked with the IMS’s implementation at ERM Peru; aligned with the standards ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ERM corporate Guidelines. Active participation with the EHS Global IMS Team to ensure the development of local manual, process, procedures, standards among others key documents.
