Fransisca has 10 years of experience in advertising working with multinational agency Landor, Y&R, Mccann Worldgroup and one of Indonesia’s best local agency Flock Creative Network. Currently she's joining Growmint Digital Agency as Creative Director. She won Daun Muda Creative Young Guns Award in 2013 for a campaign for KPK  to fight againts corruption and become Indonesian delegates for Young Lotus Competition in AdFest Pattaya 2014. She’s been working in love-hate-love mostly love (it’s a mixed feeling) relationship with advertising industry over the years, but always excited with challenging briefs. She’s been handling many brands ranging from Danone Dairy, LG, Mini Cooper, Softex Indonesia, Wyeth, Loreal, Tokopedia,Tehbotol, BCA and many other brands. Fransisca Graduated from Binus University major in Visual Communication Design, in which she was the alumni of AYLN Aseanpreneur Youth Leaders Network - NUS Singapore, and also one of the student who get outstanding student scholarship from Binus University.She love art, design, cultural heritage and social works. She’s up for any challenge and exciting experience in working with many form of creativity. And currently she’s working to build her own product and social enterprise to support local village artisan.
