I lead the team of Werkudara Institute to design and create management intervention and training modules then execute them as well. My team and I also carry out some projects related to organizational transformation in several companies. Furthermore, Werkudara Institute is carrying out programs related to student and school development program in order to support the government to create stronger and more resilient Indonesia.

I conducted end-to-end recruitment and selection process to fulfill manpower planning, monitored the performance appraisals of new employees until they became permanent employees in all companies under Kompas Gramedia Group of Manufacture - Gramedia Printing, Metaform, and Graha Kerindo Utama (Tessa & Multi Tissue), and got in charge of company's reputation and image from the job seeker's view point.

My responsibilities during my internship program were:1. Conducting job analysis and job evaluation for General Affair by measuring the job load, interviewing the staffs, and so observing the work process2. Designing the job of new position which is Call Center of General Affair and the step-by-step process to implement it3. Creating internal trainers evaluation report and conducting a mini research to map some specifications should be had by internal trainers
