-Responsible to testing LTE mobile device equipment before launching to the market-Responsible to managing project of timeline running as well during project period test

• Responsible to testing and commissioning MCPA• Doing DT to analyzing signal quality using TEMS• Responsible to troubleshooting of MCPA System• Responsible to manage the Installation team for installation & troubleshooting MCPA• Responsible for daily monitoring of MCPA working on sites using NMS

• Responsible to manage daily surveillance activity in network operation centre.• Responsible for TT (Trouble Ticket) escalation and work order assignment.• NMS administration and acknowledgement of network alarms, ensure alarms threshold and escalate to relevant parties to act on corrective of alarm detected.• Conduct first level identifying fault location before escalating on site by Field Engineer Support Team.
