Fran Sorin is a best-selling author, nature and longevity evangelist, futurist, and a practitioner and advocate of emotional alignment, an abundant mindset, joy, deep connection and co-creating.By the time Fran graduated from the University of Chicago, where her mentor was Erika Fromm, she was intent on combining her passion for living creatively with a deep desire to guide individuals in experiencing the richness of being alive.Even while working as a garden designer and raising two young children, Fran’s deep curiosity about spirituality and the mind-body connection led her to study with Herbert Benson at Harvard Medical School on “The Impact of Spirituality and Religion on Health”.Her book, “Digging Deep: Unearthing Your Creative Roots Through Gardening”, was groundbreaking when published in 2004. It was the first book to address gardening in the context of creativity and spirituality and as a tool for joy, well-being, and personal transformation.Fran has experienced a multi-dimensional career over several decades; as a broadcast executive, media consultant, garden designer, author, writer, broadcasting talent, speaker, founder of a not-for-profit for inner city elementary school children, ordained interfaith minister, and today, as a nature and longevity evangelist and thought leader.Throughout her life’s journey, Fran has acquired skills and artistry that have led her to experience a deep level of intuition, connection, expansiveness and love.
